Prices are per week from Sat to Sat subject to number of guests and plus gas and electricity.
A non-refundable £100 deposit per week is required with the booking form and full payment 5 weeks in advance. In the event of cancellation within 5 weeks of the stay, no refund will be given.
Electricity and gas are metered and are payable with any breakages on the day of departure.
The cottages will be available from 4pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Guests are welcome to arrive earlier and if cottage is not ready you can park and go into Stratford.
